Agreement
These terms govern your use of trendyswift.com and purchases from Trendy Swift. By using the site or placing an order request, you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Submitting the checkout form sends an order request; it is not a completed sale. We confirm availability and email a secure payment link. A contract forms when payment is received and we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and we'll refund any payment in full.
Promotions
Promo code SWIFT10 gives 10% off eligible items on a first order and excludes gift cards. One code per order; codes have no cash value and may end at any time.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping takes about 3 to 6 business days and is free on orders of $49 or more after discounts, otherwise $5.99. Express takes 1 to 2 business days for $12.95. Delivery dates are estimates.
Digital products
Gift cards, software and subscriptions are delivered as codes by email within one business day of payment. Codes are subject to the issuing brand's own terms. Keep your codes safe; we can't replace codes that are lost or used by others after delivery.
Third-party brands
Product names and logos belong to their owners. Trendy Swift is an independent retailer and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless stated.
Health and safety products
Information on our site is for general guidance and isn't medical or professional advice. Follow manufacturer instructions, and consult a doctor before using dietary supplements.
Returns
Returns are covered by our Refund and Return Policy.
Site use
Don't misuse the site, interfere with its security or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Site design, text and images created by Trendy Swift are our property.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Trendy Swift isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order request applies to that order.
